This section is provided by a doctor of veterinary medicine pathologist as responsible for the department and two experts in the field of molecular biology and microbiology.
The tests performed in this section include:
-Histological tests on a variety of meat products such as sausages, nougat, cutlets, grilled chops, burgers, minced meat and the detection of unauthorized tissues.
- Pathological tests are done on all samples of tissues from all animals through specific and vital staining.
- Providing educational materials and present them to organizations, universities and students of histology or patology and to educate relevant students.
